This Act deals with the confidentiality of bank records and under what circumstances these records can be released to federal government authorities. The Act also cites the need for appropriate customer authorization, provides for customer challenges to suspicious requests and outlines some exceptions to the requirements.

First National Bank Compliance Policy

Information requests for customer records will be forwarded to the loan officers. These officers shall be charged with the responsibility of complying with this Act.
